Mini-FAQ

Do you have a physical office I can visit?
No, we don’t have a public office. We operate via scheduled appointments, partner locations, and home-based husbandry support to reduce stress on animals. Contact reptile rescue to schedule.

Can you help outside Yuma?
Often, yes. We can advise remotely and, when volunteers are available, help coordinate statewide transports or referrals. Contact us for availability and space.

Is there a surrender fee?
No. Surrender is free. Donations are always appreciated to offset heat/UVB, feeders, and vet care provided to the animals in our care.

What should I include with a surrender request?
Species, photos of the animal and current setup, recent feeding/shed history, city, and any health concerns.

Reminder: No public walk-ins: to protect animals and volunteers, all visits are by appointment only.
